- Manage marketplace, employer and job operations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy and freshness.
- Develop SOPs and scalable operational processes.
- Lead and manage operations teams.

- Identify operational gaps and improve processes.
- Ensure marketplace integrity and operational efficiency.
