Job Responsibilities:

Understand the technologies and services related to EHR(s)/EMR(s) and the ability to translate the requirements to the development team.

Work with clinical staff and providers in the United States and help in crafting EMR/EHR templates, content, and workflow as each specialty dictates.

Work with the technical, development, integration, design, implementation and support teams for any query regarding EMR/EHR and its enhancements, crafting solutions to address end user requirements.

Assist with QA for any system or functionality changes.

Proficiency with MS Office and web-based applications, and web searches.

Effectively and efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects.

Must be self-motivated and proactive.

Must have ability to work with little supervision.

Must be meticulous about documentation.
