Are you a results-driven sales leader?
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales excutive to lead our real estate sales team, drive revenue, and achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
Ensure the team completes 200 outbound calls daily.
Generate and achieve a minimum of 20 site visits per month.
Monitor daily sales performance and follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads into bookings.
Train and mentor team members to improve conversions.
Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
Incentive Structure
1 Sale: ₹80,000 Incentive
2 Sales: ₹2,00,000 Incentive
3+ Sales: Even higher incentives with no earning limit.
Requirements
Experience in real estate sales and team handling.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
Target-oriented mindset with excellent communication.
Ability to manage pressure and consistently deliver results.
