- Position: Assistant Branch Manager
- Location: Bangalore
- Salary: ₹35,000/month
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2.5–3 years in NBFC/BFSI with Gold Loan experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and achieve monthly business targets.
- Lead and motivate the team to improve sales and branch performance.
- Acquire new customers and promote financial products, including Gold Loans and Debentures.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding, proper documentation, compliance, and NPA control.
- Plan marketing activities and identify business opportunities to increase branch growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2.5–3 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI with Gold Loan experience
- Good knowledge of Gold Loan operations and financial products
- Ability to achieve business targets and support branch operations
