Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Implementation Professional with strong technical expertise with Good communication and stakeholder management skills.The candidate should have strong experience in MySQL databases, debugging and troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to understand application data architecture and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers during implementation, onboarding, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Analyze database structures, relationships, and data flows to support implementation and troubleshooting activities.
- Write and execute simple to intermediate MySQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Debug application and data-related issues by coordinating with product engineering and support teams.
- Participate in customer calls, requirement discussions, status updates, and issue resolution meetings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success.
- Maintain implementation documentation, issue tracking, and customer communication records.
- Provide proactive recommendations and solutions during implementation and support phases.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
