About the Role
Multicorz Healthcare is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with experience in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth for our healthcare outsourcing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US healthcare market.
- Prospect and engage healthcare providers, physician groups, clinics, and hospitals.
- Promote and sell Medical Billing, Medical Coding, AR Follow-up, Credentialing, and RCM services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and virtual demos with US-based prospects.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates through CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the US Healthcare/RCM industry.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare processes, medical billing, and revenue cycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales target achievement.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US healthcare clients.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, and digital prospecting strategies.
