We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.• Handle high-value clients and negotiate major sales deals.• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare periodic sales reports.• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle.• Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve sales performance and productivity.• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate sales records through CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.• 8–10 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.• Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Property Sales.• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.• Excellent customer relationship management and business development skills.• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.• Ability to develop long-term client and channel partner relationships.
Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
