CRM Management
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Track customer purchase history, preferences, and engagement activities.
- Design and execute customer loyalty programs, referral programs, and retention campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Generate CRM reports and customer insights for management review.
Sales Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and support showroom, retail, wholesale, and online sales activities.
- Develop relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with inventory and production teams to ensure product availability.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for jewellery collections, festive promotions, exhibitions, and events.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and online promotions.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, photographers, and influencers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop promotional materials, catalogues, and branding initiatives.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Customer Engagement
- Organize customer events, exhibitions, launches, and VIP customer programs.
- Build strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
- Handle high-value customer interactions and personalized sales initiatives.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all customer touchpoints.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales forecasts and marketing performance reports.
- Analyze customer trends, sales data, and campaign results.
- Track KPIs such as customer retention, conversion rates, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
