Role Overview
We are seeking a competent, compassionate, and professionally adept Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care across outpatient and daycare services, ensuring clinical excellence, patient safety, and a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver proficient nursing care, including vital signs monitoring, triage, clinical assessment, and patient preparation.
- Assist physicians during consultations, minor procedures, dressings, injections, IV therapy, and other daycare interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments strictly in accordance with prescriptions, clinical protocols, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and contemporaneous nursing records, treatment documentation, and patient files.
- Ensure stringent adherence to infection prevention, biomedical-waste management, sterilisation, and clinical safety protocols.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures and promptly escalate any clinical deterioration or adverse events.
- Maintain readiness, organisation, and appropriate inventory of clinical equipment and consumables.
- Communicate courteously and effectively with patients and attendants, demonstrating empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Support smooth day-to-day functioning of the OPD and daycare facility.
Eligibility & Competencies
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate State Nursing Council.
- Prior experience in OPD, clinic, hospital, or daycare settings preferred.
- Sound clinical judgement, strong interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and the wider clinical team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
