Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor manages housekeeping operations, supervises staff, inspects rooms , and ensures a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Assign cleaning duties and work schedules.
- Inspect Employees rooms, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping services.
- Maintain housekeeping records and reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
- Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
Pay: ₹19,000.63 - ₹20,000.33 per month
