- Perform electrical and plumbing maintenance work at all outlet shops and production units.
- Maintain and carry out basic troubleshooting of bakery production equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, deep freezers, chillers, mixers, and other machinery.
- Repair and maintain electrical wiring, panels, switches, sockets, lights, fans, and other electrical equipment.
- Attend to plumbing issues such as water leakage, taps, pipes, wash basins, and drainage problems.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks for production and outlet equipment.
- Attend to equipment breakdowns promptly and rectify issues whenever possible.
- Coordinate with external technicians or vendors for major technical repairs.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as required.
- Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts properly.
- Record and report maintenance activities and issues to the concerned authority.
- Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
