Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing domestic and international customer accounts.
- Build long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Communicate confidently with overseas and domestic customers through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales updates, and account status reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment follow-ups and outstanding collections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, Export Coordination, or B2B Sales Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident in interacting with overseas customers.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be an added advantage.
