The candidate will be responsible for managing customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle and resolve customer escalations professionally and efficiently. Communicate with customers in Malayalam and English/Hindi as required. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of escalated cases and follow-up actions. Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvements. Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards. Deliver excellent customer experience while managing challenging situations. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Escalation Handling, or a similar role. Fluency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work in rotational shifts.
