- Promote safety through knowledge of building practices and compliance with health and safety laws.
- Always maintain the firefighting equipment in good working condition.
- Prepare fire orders and fire Operational Plans and get them promulgated!
- Impart regular training to the occupants of the buildings in the use of firefighting equipment provided on the Premises and keep them informed about the fire emergency evacuation plan.
- Keep proper liaison with the city fire brigade.
- Ensure that all fire precautionary measures are observed at the times.
- Risk Assessment & inspection of the building
- Check PPE of vendor and preparing work permit for suppliers
- Toolbox training for new suppliers
- Conducting EHS and Fire & Safety training internally for our employees
- Fire Suppression system (extinguishers, hydrants & sprinkler system)-maintenance & Coordinating with vendors for PM activities
- Fire alarm system-maintenance & coordinating with Vendors for PM activities
- Fire detection system (Detector, Sprinkler), Talk back system, PA system maintenance & coordinating with Vendors for PM activities
- ERT members induction and training
- Organizing the fire drill and fire refresher training for Employees
- Organize First Aid training for employees
- Initiate accident / incident investigations as and when required and preparation of monthly HSE statistics
- To develop implement and monitor corporate occupational health safety policy, programs and procedures.
- Handle Emergency preparedness response plan
- Conducting Safety Audit, Safety Survey & Preparing all EHS audit document
- Conducting business continuity plan and periodic inspection.
- To respond to employees safety concerns
- Hazards identification through Audits, Job Safety Analysis
- Identification of Potential Hazards in the critical areas
- Investigation of accidents and incidents to minimize recurrence
- Energy Management Implementing various energy savings initiatives
- Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guideliness, Customer and Organization requirements
- Ensure use of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) as required based on nature of work and Ensure availability of all safety gadgets in the project site
Prepare Risk register for entire site

- Bachelors degree in engineering or science or 3 years full time Diploma
- Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (AIDS) from RLI or CLI or State Board of Technical Education
Certified Safety Professional CSP or NEBOSH or equivalent is desirable

Minimum 10 plus years of experience in Real Estate Construction Safety and quality practices of construction projects
