Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to handle office space leasing, co-working, and managed office solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while also coordinating with internal teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels including direct marketing, digital platforms, and networking
- Handle end-to-end sales process: inquiry → site visit → negotiation → closure
- Promote co-working spaces, managed offices, and enterprise office solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site tours
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams for smooth execution
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of office space leasing / co-working industry
- Ability to generate leads independently
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate, co-working, or business centre sales
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Familiar with Hyderabad commercial real estate market (added advantage)
