The ideal candidate will blend strong subject expertise with creative teaching strategies, leveraging AI-driven tools and simulations to make learning interactive and engaging. Key Responsibilities - Teach Mathematics for Classes 7–12 with clarity, enthusiasm, and creativity. - Use simulations, visual aids, and interactive methods to simplify complex concepts. - Conduct live and recorded YouTube classes along with pre-recorded sessions for flexible learning. - Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring discipline and motivation. - Demonstrate strong time management and the ability to balance multiple batches. - Collaborate with ElevatED.’s AI-powered systems to personalize student learning. - Inspire students to develop logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and confidence in Mathematics. Requirements - Strong content knowledge in Mathematics (Classes 7–12). - Energetic personality with a passion for teaching. - Ability to simplify abstract concepts through creative teaching strategies. - Experience in handling multiple curriculam (ICSE, CBSE, STATE, ISC). - Comfortable with technology: simulations, digital tools, and online teaching platforms. - Skilled in recording and delivering professional-quality video lessons. - Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Work Schedule - Daily: 4–5 hours of teaching and preparation. - Weekly: One day off.
