- Repairing handset by following the quality standard set by company
- Attending customers, if required
- Handling Customer Escalations
- Follow all standard processes in SVC
- Generation of necessary reports as and when required
- Follow Delivery TAT
- Ensure refreshment items to customers
- Make sure the SVC is neat and well-arranged as per the company guidance
- Observe the contents in v-College app
- Attend and pass necessary trainings and exams on time
- Conduct inventory audit as per the HO policy
- Follow company’s processes and procedures, policies to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform follow-up calls with customers on open calls and work note
