Role and responsibilities :
- Identify staffing needs across departments such as visa processing, counseling, documentation, telecalling, etc.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Source and screen candidates via calls, interviews, and assessments.
Preferred candidate profile :
2–4 years of HR experience, especially in: Immigration consultancy, Overseas education, Travel and tourism, Recruitment agencies. Experience handling visa documentation teams, counselling staff, or client service profiles. Good negotiation, conflict-resolution, and people-handling skills.
