Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) to lead solution design, implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives across omnichannel retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and fulfillment environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge of OMS platforms and be capable of driving end-to-end transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities

Lead OMS implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Gather and analyze business requirements related to order lifecycle management.

Design scalable OMS solutions covering order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, inventory visibility, returns, and customer service.

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Configure OMS applications and oversee customization activities where required.

Integrate OMS with ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and third-party logistics providers.

Drive solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices.

Support SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production deployment activities.

Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize order fulfillment workflows.

Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and development teams.

Manage stakeholder communications and project governance activities.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

OMS platform certifications preferred.

Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain domains.
