An HR Recruiter for BPO bulk hiring manages high-volume recruitment to meet large staffing targets. They source, screen, and onboard large batches of candidates using job portals, social media, and walk-in drives, operating in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times to minimize attrition.

Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Sourcing: Execute end-to-end recruitment for large-scale requirements via job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed), walk-in drives, and employee referrals.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephonic screenings, group discussions, and technical evaluations to assess communication skills, typing speed, and process fit.
- Candidate Management: Coordinate interviews with operations managers and facilitate swift rollouts of offer letters and pre-employment checks (background verification).
- Onboarding & Induction: Assist new hires with joining formalities, documentation, and the initial onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate regularly with Operations and Training teams to understand daily/weekly hiring quotas and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Metrics & Reporting: Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide daily/weekly reports on time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratios, and drop-off rates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum HSC Pass (12th grade) or a completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 3+ years of proven experience in bulk/volume hiring, preferably for domestic or international BPO voice/non-voice processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant regional languages.
- Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in using recruitment software
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
