Hiring: SME – Customer Support (International Voice Process)

Role: Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Fantastic 4
Qualification: Graduate Only
Versant Score: 60+ Mandatory
Experience: 2+ Years in International Customer Service Voice Process
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (Approx. ₹33,800 In-hand)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide floor support, coaching, and feedback to agents
* Drive team performance and service-level metrics
* Handle escalations and production calls
* Monitor quality and performance scores
* Support new hires during nesting and ramp-up
* Identify process improvement opportunities
* Resolve customer queries effectively
Desired Skills:
* International BPO experience in Voice, Chat, or Email process
* Excellent English communication skills (B2 Proficiency)
* Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
* Ability to manage complex customer queries
* Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
