- Degree in business administration, science, IT or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in data-related roles (e.g. data governance, data stewardship, data management)
- Practical experience with governance topics, ideally in complex or federated organizations
- Structured and pragmatic working style in complex environments
- Initial experience in project or change initiatives is an advantage
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
