Job Title: Project Civil EngineerRole Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee the technical design, structural integrity, and site execution of our development projects. You will act as the technical lead on-site, ensuring that all construction aligns with approved blueprints, safety standards, while keeping a sharp eye on material costs and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Oversight: Review and validate architectural drawings, structural designs, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plans for feasibility and cost-efficiency.
- Site Management: Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is performed according to specifications and high-quality standards.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors; verify their work quality and certify payment invoices.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local municipal regulations, environmental policies, and safety protocols.
- Resource Optimization: Monitor material wastage, conduct quantity surveying, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising structural integrity.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders regarding project milestones, budget variances, and technical challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Education: BE in Civil Engineering / B-Tech. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is a significant plus.
- Experience: 5–15 years of experience, ideally within residential or commercial real estate development.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD
