Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator who can manage daily computer-based tasks such as data entry, billing, and record maintenance. This role supports smooth office operations by ensuring all data and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily data into software and Excel sheets accurately
- Maintain records of stock, sales, purchases, and dispatch
- Generate bills, invoices, and daily reports
- Update product and inventory details in the system
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors when required
- Handle basic email communication and documentation
- Maintain proper digital records and backups
- Print invoices, labels, and other required documents
- Coordinate with accounts and store team for daily operations
- Assist in preparing reports as required by management
Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Basic knowledge of email handling
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- Basic understanding of billing or inventory software (preferred)
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Basic computer course certification preferred
- 0–3 years experience in data entry or computer operation preferred

- Willingness to learn new systems or software
Working Details
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Location: Mahavir Imitation Jewellery, Rajkot
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
