Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Content Writer who can research deeply, think independently and convert information, data and brand messages into clear, compelling and audience-relevant narratives. The role requires strong agency-style execution across public relations, digital content, campaigns, social media and leadership communication. LinkedIn content writing is a crucial requirement.
Key Responsibilities
· Write high-quality content across press releases, authored articles, media pitches, briefing documents, blogs, scripts, social media posts, proposals, plans and presentations.
· Create fresh media story angles, campaign ideas, editorial concepts, headlines, hooks, captions and messaging frameworks.
· Develop original LinkedIn content for founders, CXOs, subject-matter experts and company pages, including thought-leadership posts, personal-brand narratives, carousels and long-form articles.
· Conduct thorough research, fact-check information and verify sources, particularly for healthcare, business and education content.
· Simplify complex, technical or data-heavy information for different audiences without losing accuracy or context.
· Adapt tone, format and writing style according to the brand voice, industry, platform and communication objective.
· Support PR and digital teams with campaign content, new-business pitch ideas, client presentations and proactive content opportunities.
· Apply SEO and AEO principles, including keyword placement, search intent and content optimisation.
· Coordinate with account managers, strategists, designers and subject-matter experts to gather inputs and deliver content on time.
· Manage multiple client accounts, urgent assignments, feedback cycles and deadlines without compromising quality.
Required Skills & Experience
· Minimum 4 years of relevant content writing experience, preferably in a PR, digital marketing, advertising or communications agency.
· Excellent command of written English, including grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, tone and editorial judgement.
· Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills across short-form and long-form content.
· Proven ability to write for multiple sectors such as healthcare, business, education, technology, lifestyle and startups.
· Strong research, fact-checking and source-verification skills.
· Practical understanding of public relations, media communication, brand positioning and reputation management.
· Strong LinkedIn content writing and professional personal-branding capability.
· Working knowledge of SEO, AEO and content optimisation.
· Ability to use AI tools for research, ideation, planning and structuring while ensuring final content is original, natural and plagiarism-free.
· Ability to work independently, take ownership and maintain quality under tight timelines.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
· Strong portfolio demonstrating original writing, storytelling, media pitches, campaign content, LinkedIn content and long-form work.
· Ability to write independently and not depend on AI tools for ready-made or generic content.
· High accuracy, originality and attention to detail; plagiarism-free final output is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Agency background with experience handling multiple client mandates.
· Healthcare content experience will be a strong advantage.
· Curious, proactive and comfortable working across different industries and formats.
· Able to understand a brief quickly, ask the right questions and produce a strong first draft.
· Comfortable receiving feedback, revising content and maintaining consistency across accounts.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
