Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage and monitor business heads across all divisions
✔ Drive sales growth, profitability and operational excellence
✔ Review daily, weekly and monthly business performance
✔ Ensure target achievement and team accountability
✔ Improve processes, productivity and customer experience
✔ Coordinate expansion projects and new initiatives
✔ Report directly to the Managing Director
Requirements
✔ 10+ years of leadership experience
✔ Proven experience handling multiple branches/business units
✔ Strong operations, sales and team management skills
✔ Excellent communication and reporting abilities
✔ Willingness to travel across Kerala
✔ MBA preferred
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Attractive .Performance Incentives.
