Looking for PPIC role responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production and inventory activities to ensure efficient use of materials, manpower, and machinery. The position ensures timely availability of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and customer delivery requirements while minimizing inventory costs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning
- Develop and maintain the production plan based on sales forecasts, orders, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales departments to align schedules.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
- Optimize machine utilization and manpower allocation.
2. Material and Inventory Control
- Plan and monitor raw material and component requirements based on the production plan.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels — avoiding shortages or overstocking.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of production, material usage, and inventory movements.
- Prepare reports on production efficiency, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy.
- Use ERP/MRP systems to track planning and inventory data.
4. Coordination and Communication
- Liaise with cross-functional teams — production, purchasing, logistics, and sales — for smooth operations.
Participate in daily/weekly production meetings
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
