JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Designation: Sales & Marketing Executive

At Design to Deliver Studio Pvt Ltd, we specialize in creative, functional, and bespoke interior design solutions for residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for passionate and results-driven professionals to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate new business through online platforms, walk-ins, referrals, real estate connections, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a database of homeowners, builders, architects, and corporate clients.
2. Client Engagement & Sales
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand requirements, budget, preferences, and timelines.
- Present interior design services and solutions according to client needs.
- Follow up with leads, address concerns, negotiate terms, and drive conversions.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through agreement signing.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and post-project follow-ups.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through excellent client service.
4. Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for promotional content and advertisements.
- Improve online visibility through SEO, social media, blogs, influencer collaborations, and customer testimonials.
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments professionally.
5. Offline Marketing & Partnerships
- Participate in real estate expos, interior design fairs, networking events, and on-ground promotions.
- Develop referral partnerships with builders, real estate agents, and architects.
6. Marketing Analytics & Collateral
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
- Suggest improvements based on data to improve campaign ROI.
- Assist in creating brochures, presentations, project portfolios, and case studies.
- Ensure marketing materials follow the company’s brand identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
