We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our newly established online IGCSE (UK Curriculum) School.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the academic and administrative operations of the online school.
- Ensure high-quality teaching and curriculum implementation.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers.
- Monitor lesson delivery, student progress, and academic performance.
- Conduct teacher meetings and provide academic guidance.
- Handle parent communications and resolve academic concerns.
- Ensure compliance with Cambridge/IGCSE standards and school policies.
- Support admissions and school development initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's Degree in a relevant subject. Ph.D./Doctorate in Education or a related field will be an added advantage
- M.Ed. or B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Cambridge/IGCSE/UK Curriculum certifications or relevant educational leadership certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an academic leadership role (Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, or Academic Director).
- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE/UK Curriculum and online teaching methodologies.
- Experience in establishing or leading a new school.
- Experience with Cambridge Assessment International Education processes and school accreditation.
