Required Skills
* Experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise
* Good knowledge of OpenStreetMap (OSM) data and tagging
* Experience with Shapefile, GeoJSON, KML, GeoPackage, Raster, Vector Tiles, and Esri Geodatabases
* Knowledge of PostgreSQL/PostGIS and SQL
* Strong skills in Python (ArcPy, GeoPandas, Shapely, GDAL, Pandas, PyProj)
* Experience with QGIS, GDAL, and GIS data processing
* Experience building GIS data pipelines and automation scripts
* Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and GIS integration
* Familiarity with Airflow, Git, and Docker
* Good understanding of Spatial Analysis and Data QA/QC
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Mapbox or Leaflet is bonus
* Knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud (GCP)
* Experience with Machine Learning for Spatial Data
* Experience in Routing and Navigation projects
