Job Summary : Support project execution through research, analysis, and report preparation while engaging with senior clients and facilitating workshops or training. Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives, leveraging strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills. Principal Accountabilities :
- Execute projects involving active research/analytics based on internal and external information sources and the development of interim and final report preparation
- Assist the Project Manager/Director in project execution with the overall objective of ensuring timely & high-quality project deliverables
- Actively engage with CXOs and other senior-level client personnel
- Conduct client interviews, run focus groups, and facilitate workshops
- Conduct any required training sessions for employees in the junior consulting and research teams
- Support the business development activities of the firm such as the pursuit development and production of thought papers
Qualifications and relevant experience :
- MBA from a top-tier B-School with minimum 2 years of prior relevant work experience
- Excellent academic pedigree and performance
- A good understanding of the financial services and the financial technology world would be valued
