4. Talent & Event Publicity Management

- Prepare briefing documents, key messaging, FAQs, and media training materials where required.
- Handle media logistics and ensure smooth execution of all talent-facing opportunities.
- Support crisis communication and issue management when necessary.
5. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

Mentor and guide junior team members on media relations, client management, and campaign execution.
- Review press materials, pitches, reports, and client deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Drive process efficiency and maintain adherence to timelines.

Experience
-
4-6 years of experience in Public Relations, with significant exposure to entertainment, media, OTT, films, music, talent, or lifestyle brands.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple entertainment accounts and campaigns.
