About the Role
The Business Development Associate (BDA) will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and increasing footfall at The Big Bull Feast. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with individuals, corporate clients, local businesses, event organizers, and communities to generate new guest visits and group bookings for the restaurant.
This is a target-driven role suited for someone who is energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into restaurant visits and group bookings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate offices, local businesses, educational institutions, clubs, and residential communities.
- Promote the restaurant for family gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and special occasions.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase brand visibility and customer footfall.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and networking activities to attract new customers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and business development activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or customer acquisition. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and promotional activities.
