Job Title: WelderJob Summary
We are looking for skilled and hardworking Welders to join our team. The candidate should be able to perform welding operations safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in fabrication, structural welding, and the use of welding equipment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, or CO₂ welding as required.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
- Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting before welding.
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and strength.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report equipment issues or material shortages to the supervisor.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma or relevant welding certification preferred.
- 1–5 years of welding experience (freshers with welding skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and metal fabrication.
- Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a factory or site environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
