Your key responsibilities
Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform
Writing clean, efficient and maintainable code in ServiceNow
Code Reviews and quality control checks
Debugging and fixing technical issues
ServiceNow in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery/CMP/Service Mapping), GRC, IRM
Developing ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/Discovery/IRM solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle
Proven experience of delivering solution using ServiceNow development best practices
Advanced analytical and problem solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations
Expected development experience in ServiceNow is minimum of 6 years
Contributing unit tests using team's automated testing framework, participating in code reviews, pair programming and UAT defect resolution
Should be able to guide and mentor other resources
Your skills and experience
The person required for the above position should have the following profile:
5-8 years of ServiceNow Implementation Experience
ServiceNow in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery/CMP/Service Mapping), GRC, IRM
Proficiency with ServiceNow Development such as scripting, Flow designers (low code, no code) and integrations
Experience working in Agile methodology such as Scrum and Kanban
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
