About the Role
G3 Interactive is looking for a talented AI Developer to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that solve real-world business problems. You will work with Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build and integrate applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
- Develop and optimise Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for AI applications.
- Fine-tune and evaluate AI models to improve accuracy and performance.
- Develop AI APIs and integrate them with web and mobile applications.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies.
- Process and analyse structured and unstructured datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise deployed AI applications.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AI Development or Machine Learning (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI applications.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of Git version control and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
- Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience with OCR, document processing, and AI chatbots.
- Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers and open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen, etc.).
- Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.
