About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site MEP Engineer to join our team for a high-rise residential project in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- OR
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringExperience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience for BE/B.Tech candidates
- Minimum 7+ years of experience for Diploma holders
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate all MEP activities in accordance with project schedules and specifications.
- Supervise installation and execution of HVAC, Ventilation, STP/WTP, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project progress.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and ensure execution as per approved plans and standards.
- Monitor quality control procedures and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee testing and commissioning activities.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues to maintain project efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution practices.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC, Ventilation, STP/WTP, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and safety standards in construction projects.

Compensation
