Job Summary
Hemratan Construction Company LLP is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of accounting experience and strong knowledge of Tally, Advanced Excel, billing processes, and preparation of financial statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and other financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with accounting standards.
- Generate MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with auditors and management as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, MIS Reports).
- Experience in billing, bookkeeping, GST-related accounting, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of Balance Sheet preparation and accounting principles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualification
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
