Position: B2B Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: Freshers & 2–5 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
Gender: Male & Female
Salary: ₹18,000 per month
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B customers, including retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Present product collections, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the garment or textile industry, will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
