Experience Required: 5+ years in Title Search with 1 year in any supervisory role.
Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong knowledge in US Title Search to manage a team, ensure quality, and meet production targets.
- Lead a team handling Title Search (Full Search / Current Owner Search)
- Review property records, liens, mortgages, and ownership details
- Ensure accuracy and meet SLA & productivity targets
- Allocate work and monitor team performance
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Perform RCA and improve process quality
- Prepare reports using MS Office
