Role overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will be the face of Adswell Media — identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach
- Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Maintain an updated pipeline and report progress to the management team
Who we're looking for
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales (freshers welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage
- Comfortable making cold calls and client visits
