Job Introduction
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Global Software Engineering & Technology team in Pune, India. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and enhance high-quality software components within the TGW architecture for global warehouse automation solutions.
You will work on complex technical modules, contribute to software architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.
WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET technologies.

Develop responsive frontend applications using Angular (preferred) or React.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
-
Develop software for controlling and monitoring TGW mechatronic systems.
-
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Controls Engineering, and global development teams throughout the SDLC.

Perform system integration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Contribute to unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

Support CI/CD, deployment automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Required Skills
-
4–8 years of experience in .NET Full Stack development.
-
Strong experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Web APIs.
-
Hands-on experience with Angular (preferred) or React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
-
Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
-
Strong knowledge of SQL databases; exposure to NoSQL is an advantage.

Good understanding of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Code.
-
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
Good to Have

Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or MQTT.

Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms.

Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Experience in automation, warehouse management, or industrial software.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
