We are a fast-growing company specializing in the sales of Suspended Platforms (Gondolas), Mast Climbers, and other height access solutions. We are expanding our presence across India and are looking for a proactive, target-driven Outbound Sales Manager to build new business opportunities and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.
- Identify and approach EPC contractors, builders, developers, façade contractors, infrastructure companies, industrial plants, and rental companies.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM.
- Schedule product presentations and customer meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable access equipment solutions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for product demonstrations and project execution.
- Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in construction equipment, access equipment, scaffolding, elevators, cranes, façade systems, industrial equipment, or capital goods will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and business development.
- Willingness to travel across India when required.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
