forging and machining manufacturer supplying European and US OEMs. Our operations are 100% export-oriented, serving established international customers. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to own day-to-day customer communication and order book management.
Role Summary
The CRM will be the primary point of contact for our overseas customers, managing communication (primarily via email), order book reconciliation, and dispatch follow-ups. The role demands a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who is fluent in Excel and comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for export customers, handling all communication primarily over email with clear, professional written English.
- Manage and reconcile the order book against customer POs and ERP data (order matching, tracking, and follow-ups).
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate reporting.
- Prepare analysis, MIS, and status reports for internal and customer-facing use.
- Track pending orders, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with international OEM customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (any discipline); background in engineering, commerce, or business is a plus.
- Excellent written English - this is a primarily email-based role with international customers.
- Strong, hands-on Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning and analysis).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems (ERP experience is a plus).
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) for order book matching, data analysis, and drafting communication.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently across time zones.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years in customer relationship management, exports, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Exposure to European/US OEM customers or export documentation is an advantage.
Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
