Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDS professional to lead the daily operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure exceptional patient care while managing the clinic efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the clinic.
- Deliver high-quality dental consultations and treatments.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate dentists, dental assistants, and front office staff.
- Ensure an excellent patient experience and address patient concerns effectively.
- Monitor appointment scheduling, treatment completion, and follow-ups.
- Maintain clinical quality standards, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and clinic resources.
- Achieve clinic performance goals and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- BDS qualification with a valid State Dental Council Registration.
- 2+ years of clinical experience (leadership/clinic management experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent patient counseling and case presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage clinic operations independently.
