Job Summary
The System Administrator will be responsible for managing the hospital's IT systems, servers, network infrastructure, user accounts, security, backups, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewall.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure regular backup and recovery of hospital data.
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance.
- Maintain antivirus, endpoint security, and system updates.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server-related issues.
- Support Hospital Information System (HIS), EMR, and other clinical applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for technical support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data security and hospital IT policies.
- Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Respond promptly to IT incidents and system downtime.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Administrator.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
