Job Title: Service Engineer – Printing Machines
Location: Calicut, Malappuram & Kannur
Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Related Technical Field.

Experience:
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in servicing printing and finishing machines will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of printing and finishing machines at customer locations.
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in machines.
- Performing preventive maintenance and periodic service visits.
- Diagnosing faults and ensuring timely resolution to minimize machine downtime.
- Providing operational guidance and basic training to customers.
- Maintaining service reports and documentation after each service visit.
- Coordinating with the service team for spare parts requirements and technical support.
- Attending customer complaints promptly within the assigned territory.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service support.
- Travelling across Calicut, Malappuram, and Kannur districts for service activities.
Machines Handled:
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in servicing:
- Flex Printing Machines
- Sticker Cutting Machines
- Die Cutting Machines
- Lamination Machines
- Paper Cutting Machines
- UV Printing Machines
- Digital Printing Machines
- Other printing and finishing equipment
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.+ TADA Additional
- Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and expertise).+ TADA Additional
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
