Estimation Engineer Division 8
About the Role
We’re looking for a focused, detail-oriented individual to perform data entry and takeoff work from construction documents.
Responsibilities
- Read architectural drawings, door schedules, and hardware schedules
- Enter door, frame, and hardware data accurately into our system
- Identify and log door types, frame types, hardware sets, and opening details from plans
- Flag missing or unclear information in documents for review
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across large sets of project drawings
Qualifications
- Ability to read basic construction drawings and door/hardware schedules (training provided for the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, precision-focused work
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Any prior exposure to Division 8 (doors, frames, hardware) or construction documents
- Experience with Bluebeam, Excel, or similar tools
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
