Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Fresher Interior Designer to join our growing team at our Dhulagarh office. If you have a passion for design, a basic understanding of space planning, and know your way around 3D AutoCAD, this is the perfect launchpad for your career.
While you need to know the basics of design software, comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to help you master our design process, client management, and execution strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D layouts and 3D models using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
- Assist senior designers in conceptualizing, planning, and executing residential/commercial interior projects.
- Understand client briefs and transform them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Modify existing designs based on feedback from seniors or clients.
- Maintain organized digital files of all project drawings, blueprints, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors or site supervisors occasionally to ensure design accuracy on-site (training provided).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresher (0–1 year). Graduates looking for their first break are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Sound foundational knowledge of 3D AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong spatial awareness, an eye for color and detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Decent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the internal team.
- Commute: Must be comfortable commuting to our office at Jalan Dhulagarh for a 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
