As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation, you will design and deliver enterprise-scale Guidewire solutions that support complex business and technology priorities. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, drive delivery quality, and contribute across the full project lifecycle from planning through execution. This role also includes mentoring junior practitioners and supporting consistent, high-quality delivery across engagements.
Work you'll do:
As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Artificial Intelligence & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading technical discussions with business and functional stakeholders to understand requirements and assess integration impacts across the solution landscape
- Designing and developing Guidewire configuration and integration solutions aligned with architecture standards, technical designs, and quality expectations
- Creating technical design documents, development standards, templates, and reusable assets to support consistent delivery
- Managing day-to-day Agile delivery activities, including sprint ceremonies, deliverable tracking, estimation, and status reporting
- Reviewing deliverables, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance to team members throughout development and deployment

Qualifications:
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
6-10 years of experience in Guidewire configuration and integration- Experience with functional and technical systems analysis, system architecture design, interface design, process flow design, and impact analysis
- Experience designing and developing Guidewire integration components and configuring PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter
- Experience writing Gosu code and working with web services and XML
- Experience with test-driven development and unit testing
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams using Scrum or Kanban
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent; Guidewire ACE or Cloud certification
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Experience with platform upgrades in Guidewire environments- Experience with CodeNarc or similar code quality tools
- Experience with recent Guidewire Cloud versions
